This is my first time getting waxed professionally and the pain level did not pass 5/10, if that much. My max pain would be about 4/10 and everything else was around 3/10. No, I did not get any numbing, steaming nor did I exfoliate routinely as recommended before going in today. Lori was welcoming & friendly and that made me feel comfortable. We spoke from start to finish like we knew each other for a loooong time; we even forgot to take a before picture. But let me tell you, that after picture speaks for itself! Chil’e, I could walk around naked! I feel so sexy and confident, and it was so quick and clean. In addition to her immaculate customer service, the ambiance of the waxing studio was everything. It was cute and clean, air conditioned and quite aesthetically pleasing. The space was tidy and her products were obviously clean and I liked how everything was quality. Her technique was on point, not to mention how professional she was throughout. I even got a scrub even though I have one already. I could go on and on, but one thing’s for sure, Lori has a client/customer for life.
